HEFFY PROVOST

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Heffy Provost serves as Chief Executive Officer of AGDATA, leading the company’s overall strategic direction as an industry-leader in software and data aggregation solutions provider in the Agriculture and Animal Health Industries. Heffy joined AGDATA in June 2017 and brings more than 25 years of experience in developing and leading software and data solutions teams.

Over the course of his career in industries including beverage distribution, petroleum services, human capital management, and tax and accounting, Heffy developed a strong background in supply chain solutions, mergers and acquisitions, business process outsourcing, and software as a service.

Prior to joining AGDATA, Heffy served as the EVP/GM for Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting Division, a leading provider of cloud computing solutions for some of the largest Accounting Firms in the world. Heffy also held several executive positions with ADP.

Heffy holds a BS in Business Administration from Saint Michaels College.

Helgi Bloom

President and Chief Financial Officer

Helgi Bloom serves as President and Chief Financial Officer of AGDATA, guiding the company’s strategy, market leading presence, and commitment to providing solutions to the challenges and opportunities within the agriculture and animal health industry.  Helgi joined AGDATA in July 2015 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer leading all our G&A functions, including accounting, financial planning, IT, HR and corporate development.

Helgi brings a wealth of experience in software, strategy, finance, mergers and acquisitions, international operations and debt financing in both private and public company settings. Prior to joining AGDATA, Helgi served as the CFO for Other World Computing, a leading provider of storage, memory and performance improvement products for Mac, PC, and mobile devices. Before OWC, Helgi spent more than a decade at Nuance Communications, Inc. in a variety of leadership roles.  

Helgi holds a BA in Mathematics from Pomona College.

Dan Heckman

Chief Revenue Officer

Dan Heckman serves as Chief Revenue Officer for AGDATA and is responsible for global sales, marketing and sales operations. Dan joined the company in late 2016 with more than 33 years of leading teams in the software, solutions and services industries.

Prior to joining AGDATA, Dan served as the Senior Vice President of Solutions for SiteREADY establishing the sales, marketing and operations culture. His primary function was to build long-term relationships while developing key partnerships to establish them as the leader in technology integration services during commercial construction.

Dan’s career started with Tandy Business products where he ran a retail computer operation, as well as, an outside sales team that eventually led him to companies like Microsoft, Juniper Networks and Progress Software where he led domestic and international sales and operations teams through transformational projects.

Garrison Smith

Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel

Garrison Smith serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development for AGDATA. Garrison is responsible for AGDATA’s worldwide legal operations, and plays a key role in the company’s strategic planning and acquisitions. He joined our team in 2015 and brings to AGDATA more than 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, intellectual property, licensing, and the other legal matters.

Prior to joining AGDATA, Garrison served as General Counsel of Mozido, a provider of mobile payment solutions. Before Mozido, Garrison was Associate General Counsel for Nuance Communications, Inc., where he managed all legal functions related to corporate governance, acquisitions, financing transactions, and corporation development. Garrison began his career at McDermott, Will & Emery, an international law firm, where he was a partner in the corporate group.

Garrison holds a BS in Biology from Boston University and a JD from Boston University School of Law.

Tracey Rader

Vice President, Human Resources

Tracey Rader serves as VP of Human Resources for AGDATA, leading all talent initiatives.  Tracey is accountable for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee development and other keys areas that attract top talent to AGDATA and make AGDATA a great place to work. Tracey joined AGDATA in January 2017 after spending more than 15 years leading employee engagement programs and recruiting and retaining top talent.

Prior to joining AGDATA, Tracey spent time as a Business Partner in Human Resources at large organizations such as The Capital Group and Pearson Education.  Most recently, Tracey spent the last six years at Virtual Hold Technology leading the HR efforts to bring VHT from outdated to cutting edge by implementing technologies, culture initiatives, policies, and programs that top talent expects in today's market place.

Tracey earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Rider University.

Sandrine Moreau

Vice President, Services

Sandrine Moreau serves as AGDATA's VP of Services. She leads the Operations and Services function of our organization including custom-development, program management and fulfillment, data operations, and customer success. Under Sandrine's leadership, we continue to achieve greater focus and success in transforming how we do business for our customers.

Prior to joining AGDATA in 2017, Sandrine spent more than two decades in domestic and international operations, client services, success and support centers with startup and growth organizations. She is an accomplished leader in designing and helping organizations transform while achieving greater levels of customer satisfaction and inspiring confidence in stakeholders.

Sandrine earned her B.T.S. (French Degree) in Industrial Computer Science from EPITA (Ingénierie Informatique) and Masters in Software Engineering/PM/Finance from EPSI in Paris.



Keith Davies

Chief Technology Officer

Keith Davies serves as Chief Technology Officer for AGDATA and is responsible for leading the engineering organization and determining the technology direction for our products. Keith joined AGDATA in 2018 and has over 20 years’ experience leading multi-geographically distributed teams in the production of high-quality, mission critical, software to customers in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining AGDATA, Keith was an executive at General Electric where he held several positions including Chief Technology Officer of GE’s Intelligent Platform group.  At GE Keith played a critical role in the establishment of a data platform as well as GE’s transition to SaaS-based solutions.

Keith started his career as a software engineer at Digital System Resources building software products for tier-1 telecommunication carriers.  After spending multiple years in the design and development of commercial software products, Keith has most recently served on the executive leadership team for multiple companies including GE, ABB, and Ventyx.
