Norbrook had limited visibility into their sales data at the veterinary clinic level. They were looking for a solution to provide better visibility into their distribution channels to help support and inform their sales reps about their specific sales territories and help drive account planning activities.

The Outcome

The ingestion of data into a single view combined with an integrated CRM system provides an end-to-end solution for Norbrook’s sales data and program management needs. “As with most organizations, we have resource and expertise constraints that don’t allow us to be efficient in attempting these work streams ourselves.
